School Class
Our club’s coaches are all experienced in schools interest class teaching. Since our Club’s establishment, they have been cooperated with hundreds of academic bodies. Thus they are able to provide various courses to education institutions, like interest class, advanced class, performance team and school team training as well as tailor-made workshops and trainings.
District Class
District classes are widely distributed in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. We offer classes from pre-starter class, interest class to elite class. All these courses go from elementary to profound which suit students of different level. Also, our Club hosts internal contests, play and annual showcase for members to practice what they have learned. In addition, our coaches pay close attention to students’ progress. They will select the outstanding ones to join the elite course. Therefore, students can be trained to attend public matches, international competitions and large scale performances.
Furthermore, each year, members from district classes have opportunities to exchange with overseas’ teams. By doing so, students do not only learn rope skipping skills of other regions, but also learn rope skipping related English vocabulary while improve their English communication skill.
Elite Class
Members of elite classes are selected from the district ones by their coach. With intense practice, they will be trained to attend the seeding match of the Hong Kong, China Rope Skipping Team, international competitions and large scale performance such as the Night Parade, TV Performance and those for the government departments and other large scale organizations. Adult Class
In an attempt to further promote the sport of rope skipping, the adult class aims to train new coaches through systematic and technical training. This course serves as a platform to further cultivate the skills of physical education majored students and teachers who are interested in the sports so they are able to bring rope skipping into different social sectors.
